A highly selective inhibitor of phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (IC 50 values are 0.31, 0.73, 1.06 and 6.60 μM for PI3Kβ, PI3Kα, PI3Kδ and PI3Kγ respectively). Inhibits proliferation and induces apoptosis in human colon cancer cells in vitro and in vivo. Negative Control LY 303511 also available.
